Subscribe & manage
Subscribe, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card or cancel — all from Settings → Plan & billing via Stripe's secure checkout and customer portal. Billing runs on WeMasjid's platform account; it's completely separate from the Stripe account that receives donations.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries the card automatically and we show a banner in the dashboard. There's a 14-day grace period before editing is paused, and plenty of warning from 30 days before a trial ends.
What never gets locked
If a subscription lapses, only editing pauses. Your screens keep showing prayer times, your public page stays up, and donation pages keep working — we never punish the congregation for an admin or card problem. Overview and Settings remain accessible so you can sort billing out.
